Ryan has a passion for exploring and capturing nature. He hopes that through his work, he will inspire others to connect with nature.
Ryan is endlessly working to further develop his skills in photography and post-processing, always looking for the next challenge. From hiking among the giant Himalayas of Nepal, to standing knee deep in a bog, to hiking through the desert in 40°C heat for a single photo of a rare flowering cactus, he is always in pursuit of his next adventure.
Ryan is a freelance nature photographer based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Being self-taught, Ryan made a lot of mistakes in getting to the level of photography he is at today.
